Sleepy Owl Bread has found a home. 751 Wall Street production area for summer markets with retail coming November / December.
Well the time has come to jump into this venture full time. This summer we will be hitting up many more markets including our always favorite Wolseley farmers market. We are buying some equipment and are very excited to bring our favorite type of bread: shaped by hand, well fermented crusty bread using local grains and always from scratch. In addition for our love for bread we have a soft spot for French Viennoiserie (butter laminated doughs ie: danish, croissant). As always our laminated pastries use all local butter made at Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba.
Full of passion and determination we are excited to see you this summer!
